GrandLife Hotels Selects Property Management Solution by Agilysys
New York City Luxury Properties Implement Guest 360™ Property Management System

CLEVELAND – June 16, 2011 – Agilysys, Inc. (Nasdaq: AGYS), a leading provider of innovative information technology and hospitality software solutions, today announced that GrandLife Hotels in New York City has selected the Guest 360™ property management system. The solution will be implemented at the Soho Grand Hotel and the Tribeca Grand Hotel, both located in downtown Manhattan.

The Guest 360 solution is the industry's first full-function property management system built from the ground up to utilize service-oriented architecture, which provides a highly scalable and flexible solution for hotels and multi-property operations. The open database and cross-platform solution takes an entirely new approach to inventory, using the same attributes-based criteria that hoteliers use to sell rooms, such as 'view', 'bed type', 'room class' and 'smoking/nonsmoking.' The Guest 360 property management system also features a centralized repository for guest profiles called Guest Hub, which contains history, itineraries, interests and preferences. The system's intuitive features move beyond traditional property management to assist in predicting guest preferences and make suggestions based on guest recognition.
