The Resort Collection of Panama City Beach includes the Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort, Majestic Beach Resort, Long Beach Resort, En Soleil, Emerald Beach & Golf Resort, Grand Panama Beach Resort, and the Hombre Golf Club. Together they comprise over 1000 condominium units and 90,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space.

With a rental pool of over 1000 units, The Resort Collection needed a hospitality management system with a highly functional and flexible owner accounting module. The integration among PAR Springer-Miller's ^SMS|Owner Fulfillment module, the ^SMS|Work Order Management module and the ^SMS|Host front office system will allow all of the properties to accommodate the needs and wishes of every guest and owner.

The Resort Collection will install a number of modules within the ^SMS|Host solution and enhance guest service opportunities by exploiting all of the advantages with a fully integrated system. ^SMS|Multi-Property Management will ensure visibility and easy management of each individual property by the management company. To serve the 16 different food & beverage outlets across the resorts, The Resort Collection will use the ^SMS|Touch Fine Dining module.

Recreation is a key feature of each of these beach resorts. The Resort Collection will employ both the ^SMS|Golf Tee Times and ^SMS|Spa/Resort Scheduling modules to manage the multiple golf courses, the tennis center as well as spa and activity scheduling.
