Based in Washington DC, Ken heads up the company's R&D function and is responsible for the Xn GlobalRES electronic reservations business unit. Associated with the business since he joined as a systems architect and strategic consultant in 1999, Ken formerly held senior management positions with US-based Micros Systems Inc (1975-1996), including positions as Senior Vice President, R&D and Senior Vice President Quick Service division. Ken's depth of technical experience extends from design and development of point of sale system software to the architecture, design, development, implementation and operations of the company's hotel reservation transaction and e-commerce systems.
