The Xn Group completed the sale of Xn Leisure Systems Limited ( " Xn Leisure" ) to Jonas Computing, a division of Constellation Software Inc. on 1 December 2010. Xn Leisure , a sister company to Xn Hotels , is a leading supplier of leisure management systems to the UK public sector. Mark Pearman, Chief Executive of the Xn Group commented : "Following the sale of our Leisure business the Xn Group is now 100% focussed on the hotels systems market. The proceeds from the sale will be invested in our Hotels systems business where we have a number of very exciting opportunities for future growth. The additional funds will help us continue to enhance the quality of our service to customers and also allow us to accelerate and broaden the development of Xn Global RES , our leading e-bookings and distribution solution. "
