Travco Group International Selects MICROS as its Exclusive Vendor
Travco will utilize MICROS’s comprehensive hotel management software and restaurant point-of-sale system

MICROS Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:MCRS), a leading provider of information technology solutions for the hospitality and retail industries, is pleased to announce that Travco Group, which manages a chain of hotels and resorts under the Jaz, Sol Y Mar, Iberotel, and newly acquired Steigenberger Hotels AG brands, signed an exclusive vendor agreement with MICROS in November of 2010. The rollout will include the installation of the OPERA Property Management System (OPERA PMS), OPERA Reservation System (ORS), OPERA Customer Information System (OCIS) and Sales Force Automation (SFA), OPERA Business Intelligence (OBI), OPERA Sales and Catering (OPERA S&C), and OPERA Materials Control (MC), as well as various MICROS restaurant point-of-sale systems depending on the hotel brand.
