The Roundtable precedes HTNG's annual Asia Pacific Members' Meeting. It's the only one whose program is designed specifically to meet the needs of IT Directors, CIOs, CTOs, and other hotel IT executives whose scope of responsibility spans multiple areas of technology - guest room, administrative systems, distribution systems, building controls, and more. It's the best-attended such event in Asia-Pacific, and starts Wednesday evening 01 December with a welcome reception. This high-profile event continues through mid-afternoon Friday, with a great roster of topics including cloud computing, data security/credit card theft, customer experience management, sustainability & energy savings, bandwidth management/entertainment trends, and distribution.

Unlike the IT Directors' Roundtable, the HTNG Members' Meeting is for members only, and a registration fee and (for non-members) a one-year membership fee applies. But for first-time attendees who need a membership, significant discounts are available for a combined membership-and-registration package. Even with the cost of an individual membership, this event is still priced far below commercial events of similar quality. More meeting information is on the event website.
