Editors from leading hospitality trade publications reviewed nearly 100 submissions of cutting-edge, new products, and selected winners based on innovative product design, industry need, creativity, and development or use of a new technology. MICROS’s MyStayManager, introduced in February of 2010, provides ubiquitous real-time access to the MICROS OPERA database empowering the guest to an extent never before possible. Guests can conveniently interact with OPERA using their iPhone to manage the details of current and future stays in real time simplifying business or leisure travel.
