Aptech Celebrates 40 Years of Leadership with Addition of Text Analytics to Capture Customer Sentiment Information – Releases Highlight Video

Aptech Computer Systems, Inc., the leading provider of hospitality software for business intelligence and enterprise financial accounting, today announced it is celebrating 40 years of technology innovation with the delivery of a text analysis module that adds quantifiable guest sentiment data to its Execuvue® Business Intelligence System (BI). Aptech also launched a new video with highlights from its two generations of service to hotel operators.

For example, Execuvue can integrate:

My Company: Internal performance metrics – Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP, etc. with comparisons to plan and prior year.
My Competition: External competitor metrics – STR comp. sets, indexes, etc.
My Customers: Customer data from a mix of guest satisfaction scores pulled from online surveys, comment cards, and written guest reviews mined and quantified using text analytics from travel and social media hotel rating sites.
