Operating since 1991, Think Apartments is focused on delivering value for money accommodation for all lengths of stays in the heart of London. 2009 sees the opening of 3 new developments, with a further 2 planned for 2010. This will bring the group to 1200+ apartments, making it one of the largest serviced apartment providers in the UK. Driven by the rapid expansion of the operation, Think spent several months evaluating PMS solutions before settling on protel Multi-Property Edition (MPE). Key factors in the decision included seamless integration with third party systems, from check-in kiosks to distribution channels, and Xn’s willingness to work with Think to deliver a greater degree of automated processing in key functions such as billing and reservations. “'We selected XN for their flexible approach to the partnership.
