"The Agilysys solutions for property management and point-of-sale are completely integrated and offer all the features and functionality we need. These solutions will enable us to maximize productivity and deliver the high level of service that guests have come to expect from our hotels." "Miami Beach is a highly competitive market, and hotels that want to gain a competitive advantage need technology that enables them to operate more efficiently," said Tina Stehle, senior vice president and general manager of Agilysys Hospitality Solutions Group. "The combination of our property management and point-of-sale solutions will give the Clevelander Hotel and the Essex House the same technical and reporting capabilities the mega-resorts enjoy, but in a way that works for smaller boutique hotels.
