The hotel’s management team drew upon their local relationships to seek recommendations for a suitable PMS system and quickly settled upon protel PMS. "Velvet Manchester has been instrumental in, and indeed integral to Canal Street, a Manchester icon in its own right, for more than a decade, maintaining its place as the Village's premiere venue to eat and drink," explains Jason Pascall, Hotel General Manager.
