The Sanctum Soho Hotel, opening in March 2009, boasts a private cinema, roof top garden with open air hydro spa, restaurant and residents bar. Located in the heart of London's West End, the Sanctum Soho exudes an edgy glamour, and both its design and ambience have an artsy, bohemian flair.
After an extensive evaluation of the leading PMS solutions, protel was selected for the hotel, primarily for its rate management, marketing and distribution connectivity features, but also based on Xn Hotel Systems’ reputation for delivery, support and service. Owner Mark Fuller comments: “Sanctum Soho is the culmination of two years planning and an investment of just under £10 million. An unfaltering level of service that goes beyond convention and expectations will be at the heart of our operation and therefore we carefully choose our partners to facilitate this.” The hotel is the second UK member of Design Hotels to choose protel in recent months. The Vincent Hotel in Southport opened its doors in June 2008.
