E-site Marketing Wins 2008 Best Hotel And Lodging Website Award
Performance is key; award winning site sees more than 50% increase in Web site traffic
29 October 2008

SOUTHLAKE, Texas, 29 October – E-site Marketing, the Sabre Holdings premier Internet marketing company specializing in online business solutions exclusively for the hospitality industry wins the Best Hotel and Lodging Website Award from the Web Marketing Association for Hotel Terra Jackson Hole (www.hotelterrajacksonhole.com/). The 2008 WebAwards names the best Web sites in 96 industry categories as submitted by interactive agencies and Web site marketing departments around the world. E-site Marketing won the distinction of the Best Hotel and Lodging Website out of 2,400 sites from 45 countries.

While these awards focus on several design elements, E-site Marketing also focuses on ensuring that every hotel and travel Web site development project conveys the unique brand promise and experience while maximizing return on investment (ROI). E-site Marketing was contracted by Terra Resort Group and worked with Hornall Anderson Design Works to develop a new Web site for Hotel Terra.

Hotel Terra is the first in a collection of green hotels launched by the Terra Resort Group. Aesthetically the Web site design and presentation reflects the “luxury redefined” tagline of the hotel and sustainable philosophy of the property.

In addition to the Best Hotel and Lodging Website Award, E-site Marketing has improved Hotel Terra’s Look-to-Book Ratio by 100 percent when compared to the same period in 2007 (“Look-To-Book” is a Key Performance Indicator of Web site and e-marketing program effectiveness). Additionally, overall Web site traffic has grown 54 percent since the Web site launch while Search Engine traffic has grown 22 percent during the same time period.

“E-site Marketing was able to capture our vision and work closely with our advertising agency to create a truly unique experience for visitors to our Web site,” said Samantha Denny, corporate director of marketing for Terra Resort Group. “We have also been impressed with the team at E-site Marketing and their in-depth knowledge of how search engine marketing works. Their hands-on approach has certainly produced results for us.”

In addition to the Best Hotel and Lodging Website Award, E-site Marketing won eight Web Marketing Association Awards out of the nine Web sites entered into this year’s competition including:

“Our team is focused 100 percent on exceeding customer expectations,” said Felix Laboy, president and chief executive officer of E-site Marketing. “We are delighted to be recognized by the Web Marketing Association for the work we do and equally thrilled when our customers’ goals are met.”
