Shrewsbury, England -- UK based Guestline Ltd, the leading supplier of software solutions to the global hospitality industry has partnered with Marston’s PLC to implement RezLynx™ at 58 sites in the Marston’s Inns & Taverns Portfolio.
RezLynx™ is a 100% internet based property management system (PMS) designed around a single, centrally located data source, hosted at Guestline’s secure data centre which can be accessed from anywhere in the world via a standard web browser. The primary focus of the project was to provide Marston’s with a centralised solution that would enable them to increase occupancy rates, improve revenue management, accommodate live online reservations and have the ability to view live performance statistics across the whole of the estate including a consolidated sales ledger. In addition, Marston’s were keen to increase the visibility of their room inventory on on-line portals. “We are pleased to be working with Marston’s, a market leading company with a history of providing quality products and service” said Steve Patterson, Managing Director of Guestline. “The single, central database at the core of RezLynx™ will provide detailed up-to-the-minute guest profile, rate and availability information that will allow them to improve customer service levels and maximise revenue”.
