Best Western Listel Whistler Hotel Selects Softbrands Medallion PMS
Technology Includes Two-Way Interface for Managing Availability, Rates and Inventory

Best Western International endorsed the SoftBrands’ Medallion PMS in Feb. 2007 following certification of the Medallion Best Western two-way interface. The two-way CRS gateway makes it possible to book or update guest reservations through the Best Western central reservation office, online or through an individual property using real-time hotel availability data for Best Western member properties. The two-way interface provides a smooth flow of information that enables Best Western to sell more effectively, offer better customer service and give customers greater control over their reservations.
