'You’re Hired' says the Trump Organization to install the Visual One Systems
V1’s Property Management System to be installed at the new Trump International Hotel and Tower, Las Vegas, NV
19 June 2005

ROCKVILLE, MD (USA) | Visual One Systems Corporation, a supplier of property management software to the hospitality industry since 1977, will be implementing its property management system to manage all aspects of Trump Las Vegas’s 1,120-unit condominium hotel scheduled to open in October 2007. The initial installation of V1’s software coincides with the opening of the Trump Sales Office in June of 2005. Ground-breaking for the hotel is scheduled for September 2005.

Dante Olgado, Controller for this project began a search for an initial CRM concept to manage the condo owner sales inquiries. Within two weeks after the announcement of the hotel on the reality series “The Apprentice”, condo purchase requests were in a sell-out situation and in need of a client sales management system. Mr. Olgado was introduced to the flexibility of Visual One’s database that can be utilized as an “operational CRM”.

“We were impressed by Visual One’s ability to set up the database as the foundation right from the beginning without having to worry about merging disparate systems later on when the hotel is built,” said Mr. Olgado. Visual One’s database will track all inquiries, mange the sales contacts, and convert each contract to the condo ownership system, all within the same database which will ultimately become the hotel’s core operation. As the hotel moves through its construction stages, the integrated hotel modules will be added in conjunction with each timeline of the project.

“We are very pleased to offer such an innovative concept to the growing condominium hotel industry” says, Dave Burroughs, President of Visual One Systems. “We have a high regard for the Trump Organization and their demand for excellence, and the expectation of the Visual One System to deliver.”
