Retail Solutions Providers Association (RSPA) is the nation's top point- of-sale dealer association, representing thousands of members across North America. The association recently changed its name from ICRDA/SDA to better represent its membership and the industries served. Every year the association presents awards to the top systems vendors, as voted on by the association members. The highest ranking vendor across all award categories is awarded the Gold Medallion. MICROS has received awards from RSPA the past 5 years, including the Gold Medallion in 2004, and the Gold Award for Systems/Software Vendor in 2003, 2002 and 2001.
