ROCKVILLE, MD (USA) -- Visual One Systems Corporation, a supplier of management software to the hospitality industry since 1977, will be installing its PMS software to the existing Visual One Sales & Catering system at the Q Center in St. Charles, Illinois. The Q Center has used V1’s sales & catering system since 1998 and will now take advantage of the integration between V1’s PMS and sales & catering software. The integration will allow the Q Center to manage their group blocks from one system … from the time the sleeping room block is created, to adding meeting rooms, to generating BEOs and banquet checks, to posting all guest and meeting revenues to the master folio, through the accounts receivable process.
