ROCKVILLE, MD (USA) | Visual One Systems Corporation, a supplier of management software to the hospitality industry since 1977, will be installing their property management, sales & catering, restaurant POS, retail POS, spa reservations, golf course management, condominium accounting, activity scheduler, dining room reservation software, and interfaces to seven other systems at the Grand View Lodge Resort outside of Brainerd, Minnesota in the Fall of 2004.

Their four golf courses (one of which was designed by Arnold Palmer, another of which was rated “Number One in Minnesota” by Golf Digest, and also rated in the Top 100 by Golf Magazine) will be using a combination of V1’s Golf tee-sheet, retail POS, and restaurant POS. All the software will be integrated back V1’s PMS and condo accounting software.

One of the reasons that GVL chose V1 is because the guest will be able to speak to one GVL Representative to reserve their guest room, package plan, tee-times, spa event, dining room reservation, and other activities … and have all of this information consolidated in one, emailed (or printed or faxed) confirmation.
