The Bravo! solution combines MICROS's most popular Windows®-based POS product suite, Restaurant Enterprise System 3000 (RES 3000), with the revolutionary MICROS Workstation 4 (WS4) in a comprehensive, cost-effective package that is easy to install, easy to use, and easy to maintain.
Bravo! has been designed around the power and flexibility of the feature- rich MICROS RES 3000 application suite, the Company's best-selling product with over 22,000 installations in chain and independent restaurants around the world. This fully scalable solution offers a wide array of modules to manage all areas of business, from front-of-the-house functions to back-office tasks. Applications included in Bravo! is the MICROS Secure Desktop, which provides a customizable Windows user interface and defines employee security privileges, Cash Management Module to monitor and track the flow of cash or other tender media, Quick Count Inventory Module, Time & Attendance Module, Export Utility and an interface to QuickBooks. Other MICROS RES 3000 modules are also available for optional purchase.
Bravo! puts all the features of RES 3000 to work using the new WS4 terminal, a sleek touchscreen terminal designed to lower the total cost of ownership without sacrificing functionality. Its rugged, stable design requires no fan or hard drive, and its "depot" capability makes installation as easy as plugging in a telephone. The WS4 offers a "personality module" that stores each workstation's configuration and identity on one card. If a terminal should need to be replaced, the personality module can be popped out and plugged into a new unit for instant use. With no programming or software loading required, maintenance and support costs can be greatly reduced.
