, a leading provider of information technology solutions for the hospitality industry, and Ark Restaurants Corp., Inc. have signed an agreement to replace Ark Restaurants' legacy point-of-sale system in its multi-faceted operations at the New York-New York Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas with the MICROS 9700 Hospitality Management System (HMS). Fifty-one terminals are currently being installed to serve Gonzalez Y Gonzalez, Gallagher's Steak House and America Restaurant Las Vegas, as well as the property's room service, banquet facilities, employee dining room and nine food court concepts.
