, a leading provider of information technology solutions for the hospitality industry, has completed the first MICROS-Fidelio independent hotel launch of its integrated Web Booking Engine (WBE) for the Opus Hotel in Vancouver, British Columbia. This exclusive new hotel, set to open in August, is a member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World and has been developed by Trilogy Yaletown Development Corporation.
The MICROS-Fidelio WBE is a key element of the MICROS OPERA Enterprise Solution that has been installed at the Opus Hotel. By logging onto Opus Hotel's newly re-launched website, The MICROS OPERA Enterprise Solution (OES) is a fully integrated suite of products consisting of various modules that can be easily added or expanded, allowing effective and easy deployment from independent operations to global, multi-branded hotel chain environments. In addition to the three modules installed at Opus Hotel, OPERA Enterprise Solution also offers integrated systems for Yield Management, Quality Management, Back Office, and Materials Management.
