The OPERA Enterprise Solution is a fully integrated suite of products consisting of modules that can be easily added or expanded allowing effective and easy deployment from smaller operations to global, multi-branded hotel chain environments. OES can be deployed in any size environment, from a single property with just Front Office to a large, full service hotel with Sales & Marketing, Catering, Revenue Management, Quality Management, Back Office, and Materials Management. In addition, the OPERA Enterprise Solution offers products for a hotel chain's corporate office, including our Central Reservations Systems for both centralized guestroom and function space sales, and Enterprise Information System, the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) package specifically designed for the hotel industry.

Vice President, Fidelio Technologies (Micros Systems)
After attending the Hotel School The Hague, a work for some smaller hotel chains in the Netherlands, before I joined Hilton International in London where I worked through the various departments. I always had a great interest in technology, through Hilton International I came in contact with the Micros and Fidelio software products. Soon I decided my carreer would be in technology and I joined Micros-Fidelio in May 1995 at that time stationed in Munich Germany. I joined Fidelio to install, train and assist with the development of the Fidelio F&B, BO and EMS products. In 1998 the development office was moved to Naples where I started working on the Opera QMS and OperaPalm products. Through time I got involved in the management of the 2-way XML interface between PMS and CRS, later leading towards managing the development of our FTCRS/CIS (central systems product line). In January this year I was appointed Vice President, Fidelio Technologies. In this role I am in charge of all Hotel product development for Opera and Central Systems.MICROS Systems, Inc. provides enterprise applications for the hospitality industry worldwide.
