The tutorial will focus on different types of reservation management system providers, the key evaluation criteria and selection processes for both independent and chain hotels. Topics will include: the best way to evaluate providers in terms of technology; customer support and services; functionality; and comparing pricing models and ROI. Mr. Ellis will also discuss the primary decision factors of the system compatibility with other applications such as property management, yield management and customer relationship management systems.
