, a leading provider of information technology solutions for the hospitality industry, has been selected to provide a total restaurant management solution for the world-renowned Charlie Trotter's restaurant, the new Trotter's To Go concept, and future restaurant and retail locations to be developed by the parent company, CHT Corporation.
MICROS has installed its 3700 Point of Sale (POS) system, including all hardware and software, at Trotter's To Go, a newly opened retail location for Charlie Trotter's cuisine in Chicago. Additionally, the 3700 system has been installed at Charlie Trotter's restaurant and is being debuted during the National Restaurant show in May. The MICROS 3700 POS system offers a unique solution for multi-site restaurateurs. Its Enterprise Management Solution module provides a centralized tool for in-depth reporting and database management for any number of locations. The 3700 system also features a powerful combination of applications to streamline front-of-house operations for food and bar business, and simplify back-office management with accurate, up-to-the-minute reporting and analysis.
