("Tom") Giannopoulos to Chairman of the Board of Directors, adding to his current position of President and Chief Executive Officer. MICROS also announced that founder and former Chairman Louis M. Brown, Jr. has been appointed Vice Chairman.
Mr. Brown commented: "As President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Giannopoulos has led MICROS to its preeminent leadership position in the hospitality technology industry.
