Deployed centrally at La Quinta's corporate headquarters, this technology will allow La Quinta's sales executives to enhance upon the company's superior customer service by registering, managing and utilizing specific information from customers at its 300 properties nationwide.
The OPERA Sales Force Automation System is a highly functional sales tool built on the acclaimed Oracle-database. OPERA's graphical user interface is user definable allowing La Quinta's sales force to track important customer data such as business requirements, room night potential, as well as customer affiliation with preferred partners such as AAA. La Quinta will use this information to continue delivering on its promise of 100 percent guest satisfaction, at every La Quinta Inn, every time. In addition to integrating with La Quinta's existing technology infrastructure, the system is scaleable to meet the needs of the Company's entire sales force as the brand enters into its planned expansion phase.
