The MICROS-Fidelio product suite selected by Starhotels includes the MICROS-Fidelio Central Reservations System and Customer Information System, MICROS-Fidelio Front Office Version 6.0, MICROS-Fidelio Sales & Catering System Version 6.0, several Property Management System interfaces, and the OPUS 2 TopLine PROPHET Revenue Management System (for the majority of properties). MICROS will also be providing certain server-hosting management services as part of the new centralized information technology system.
