, a leading provider of information technology solutions for the hospitality industry, announced today that Stefan M. Piringer has been appointed President & Chief Operating Officer of its subsidiary hotelBANK, Inc.

Mr. Piringer is a graduate of the Tourism & Hotel Management School of the Chamber of Commerce in Vienna, Austria. During his hospitality career, Mr. Piringer has worked with Hilton International, The United Nations, El Dorado Parkhotel, Beaufort Hotels, Legend Hotels & Resorts, and has served as the Managing Director of Amadeus Hotels & Aviation. In 1994, he joined MICROS- Fidelio as Vice President of Sales & Marketing and was promoted to head of the Asia/Pacific group in May 1997.
