, has signed an agreement with Asia Hotelnet Holding Limited to utilize the hotelBANK exchange services several hundred hotels in the Asia-Pacific region during the calendar year 2000. Asia Hotelnet operates a web based travel service, called
Asia Hotelnet Holding Limited is owned by Lam & Associates, a privately held company with headquarters in Hong Kong. Lam & Associates provides multimedia solutions and advertising services for the Asian hospitality, travel and airline industries. Consumers may access Asia Hotelnet's reservation services via the hotelBANK will provide the services of the exchange to Mr. Colman Ho, Chief Executive Officer of AsiaHotelnet Limited stated, "We have a vision to change the current travel trade in Asia by using the Internet platform, and we have a sure footed approach by focusing on hotel reservations.
